Will Toor

o Will Toor has served as the Executive Director of the Colorado Energy Office since 2019. In this role he has helped to coordinate clean energy and climate policy and programs for the Polis Administration. Will spent 15 years in local government as mayor of Boulder, Colorado and Boulder County Commissioner, and six years as an advocate working on transportation electrification across six southwestern states. Will has a BS in physics from Carnegie Mellon University and a PhD in physics from the University of Chicago.
