He represents strategic companies, financial sponsors, and other investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances. He particularly enjoys assisting clients on cross-border and domestic transactions involving new markets, technologies and deal structures to achieve their business objectives.
